Postpartum Doula & Newborn Support

Attentive & Nourishing 4th Trimester Care

As your postpartum doula, I am here to support your transition as soon as your baby (or babies) arrive into your arms, and throughout the fourth trimester.

This package is created for those of you seeking to feel held and supported during the precious weeks that follow birth. It is all about your recovery and well-being. Each visit is tailored to your specific needs on that particular day. (But, will most definitely include nourishing drinks and snacks.) You are the priority.

***This makes a beautiful baby gift for a loved one! See below how you can give the invaluable gift of postpartum support.***

Fourth Trimester

My intention is to provide you with individualized care, as each person’s needs, along with the needs of their baby(ies), are wide and varied. Services can look like, but are not limited to:

  • Prenatal planning session - what do you want your postpartum season to feel like? What is most important to you when you think about how you want to be supported during this time?

  • Holding and comforting the baby so you can tend to your needs and wants - taking a shower, eating, sleeping, or spending quality time with an older sibling

  • Supporting you with your physical recovery from birth, vaginal or cesarean.

  • Help you navigate the intense hormonal changes that you will be encountering by offering emotional and informational support.

  • Assist with feeding, whether it is lactation support, pumping, bottle feeding, or all of the above.

  • Assist with light housework, pet care, local errands.

  • Help with giving sibling(s) one-on-one attention while parents tend to baby.

  • Light meal prep, assuring you are getting nourishingly and nutritiously fed.

  • Normalizing the wild and beautiful chaos that is life with a new baby!

Daytime Support

I offer postpartum rates hourly and by package (please note package rates below). When purchasing hourly, a minimum of 10 hours is required. Shifts run between 4 and 6 hours. A minimum notice of 24 hours is required before the scheduling of a shift.

  • $32 per hour for one baby

  • $37 per hour for multiple babies

  • Hours for daytime support are 8am-8pm

Nighttime Support

The focus of overnight support is to prioritize sleep for you. I will take care of the baby while you get some quality rest. This includes feedings, diaper changes, and settling baby while they’re awake and settling them to sleep. If your baby is exclusively breastfed, I will bring baby to you for feedings and settle them after. If you are pumping, I will bring you clean parts and take care of the cleaning after. Getting some long chunks of sleep during those early days is a game changer.

  • $37 per hour for one baby

  • $42 per hour for multiple babies

  • Hours for nighttime support are 8pm-8am

  • Overnight sessions can range in length from 6-10 hours, depending on your unique needs

  • When purchasing hourly, a minimum of 10 hours is required

** I recommend at least 9 hour visits to ensure you have the opportunity to get a full 8+ hours of sleep.**
